Landmark Baptist Church
Brooksville, Florida
"Where it is still a compliment to
be called Old Fashioned"

Pastor Mike Frazier
Five years ago Brother Frazier and his family were traveling
from the funeral of his pastor when his car broke down in Brooksville Florida.
His passion for souls caused him to present the gospel to those whom he had
contact while his car was being repaired. Several souls were won and he
never left Brooksville, but instead started the Landmark Baptist Church.
Now five years later the church has grown to an average attendance of 250, has
seen at least 40 men called to preach and establish churches, 26 Sunday School
classes, a Bible School, as well as an active bus and youth ministry.
Brother Frazier has been a long time friend. It has
been many years since we had contact and it was good to see his passion for
souls and stand against sin not only has not decreased but has become all the
more zealous.
I preached both the morning and evening services. There
was enthusiastic singing (the good ole fashioned Baptist way) and hardy attention
in hearing the preached Word. I was amazed at the participation of the
young people. They sat right up front and eager to hear God's Word.
These young people are not ashamed of the Lord nor of their living faith in Him.

During the evening service the young people sang. Oh my
did they ever sing!! The joy of the Lord prevailed on each of their faces
as they boldly sang out the old gospel message. This was not wishy washy
contemporary type of music but the solid, doctrinal and joyful kind that brings
true glory to God and true praise to our Savior.
Good Bible standards, rock solid doctrine and zealous
soul-winning are the distinguishing character of their lives. These teen
win souls and love living for God.
