Christian School Revival Time

Nothing is more New England than Hillsboro, New Hampshire.  Even the growth of the town has not changed it's New England atmosphere.  Within it reach are thousands in need of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Gaylord has labored for many years and his faithfulness to the Word of God has produced much fruit in the harvest field here.  I gladly accepted his and Brother Dan Swank's invitation to preach to the Christian School  and in the midweek service of the church.

Throughout the church you can see some of the past banners of Missions Conferees held.  It give you a pretty good idea of the heart of the people and the seriousness given to the great commission.

Brother Dan has a real heart for these tender lives and soon to be adults.  His love and compassion is well balanced with Biblical convictions and Holy Spirit guidance.  He seems to work tirelessly both in the school and church, ever looking for ways to be a blessing to anyone he can.

He has shown proven leadership in humility with a strong testimony of a servant of the Lord

		When a person loves the Lord they gladly use their talents to bring Him glory.

Throughout my time with the church and students, I felt a deep burden to reach their heart and not just their mind.  Most Christians have the knowledge and honor God with their lips but their heart is far from Him.  I don't know if I accomplished that or not, but there was a growing response to the invitations given.  I do know the Lord spoke and hearts were receptive in both the church and school preaching times.

The students made me feel at home and welcomed me into their classes.  I hope I didn't distract them too much from their studies.  I learned some Spanish, Math, Science, and even English. 

A small New England church with a world wide vision

This wall  sign reminded me that as servants of the Lord we must always put others first.   The testimony of this dear sister of her willingness to even be stung by bees then to see a child hurt struck a cord in my heart. 

I asked the Lord to give me that type of servants heart.  I read it again and again each time I entered the Prophets Chamber in which I was staying.
